Return & Refund Policy
At SYS Fragrances, we value your trust and aim to deliver only authentic, high-quality products. Since fragrances are sensitive items, we only accept returns under specific conditions.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We only accept returns if the product delivered is:

Damaged,

Defective, or
-
Not as promised (wrong item delivered).
To qualify for a return:

The request must be made within 3 days of receiving the order.

The product must be in its original packaging (box, seal, cap, etc.).

The product must not be used more than 10% of its total volume.

Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) must be provided.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted if:

The product has been used more than 10%.

The packaging, seal, or box is missing or tampered with.

The return request is due to a change of mind or personal dislike of the fragrance.

The return is requested after the 3-day window.
3. Refunds

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Refunds for Bank Transfer payments will be made back to the same bank account.

Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be issued via Bank Transfer (you will need to provide bank details).

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the error was ours (wrong or defective product).
4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need another product, you must place a new order after your return (if eligible) is approved.
