Return & Refund Policy

 

At SYS Fragrances, we value your trust and aim to deliver only authentic, high-quality products. Since fragrances are sensitive items, we only accept returns under specific conditions.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We only accept returns if the product delivered is:

  • Damaged,

  • Defective, or

  • Not as promised (wrong item delivered).

To qualify for a return:

  • The request must be made within 3 days of receiving the order.

  • The product must be in its original packaging (box, seal, cap, etc.).

  • The product must not be used more than 10% of its total volume.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) must be provided.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been used more than 10%.

  • The packaging, seal, or box is missing or tampered with.

  • The return request is due to a change of mind or personal dislike of the fragrance.

  • The return is requested after the 3-day window.


3. Refunds

  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

  • Refunds for Bank Transfer payments will be made back to the same bank account.

  • Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be issued via Bank Transfer (you will need to provide bank details).

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the error was ours (wrong or defective product).


4. Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need another product, you must place a new order after your return (if eligible) is approved.

6. Important Notes

  • SYS Fragrances reserves the right to refuse a return if the product does not meet the above conditions.

  • Repeated order refusals or return misuse may result in restrictions on future purchases.
