At SYS Fragrances, we aim to deliver your favorite fragrances quickly and securely across Pakistan. Please read our shipping policy for details on order processing, delivery times, and charges.

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation (for Bank Transfer) or order placement (for COD).

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery time is 2–5 business days within Pakistan, depending on your location and courier service.

  • Deliveries to remote or rural areas may take longer.

  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before confirming your order.

  • Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD is available nationwide.

  • Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for your order.

  • Refusal to accept COD parcels may result in restrictions on future orders.

5. Bank Transfer Orders

  • Orders paid via Bank Transfer will only be dispatched after payment confirmation.

  • Customers are requested to share proof of payment with our team for faster processing.

6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, we will share tracking details (if available) so you can monitor your delivery status.

7. Undeliverable Packages

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept, the customer may be responsible for reshipping charges.
