Welcome to SYS Fragrances. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. General Information

  • SYS Fragrances is an online and physical fragrance store based in Pakistan.

  • By purchasing from us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent/guardian.

  • We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

2. Products & Availability

  • We aim to display all products as accurately as possible. However, packaging or minor details may differ slightly from images.

  • All products are subject to stock availability. If an item is unavailable after purchase, we will notify you and provide an alternative or a refund.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

  • Payment methods accepted:

    • Cash on Delivery (COD)

    • Bank Transfer

  • Full payment must be made at the time of delivery (for COD) or before dispatch (for bank transfers).

  • Prices may be updated at any time without prior notice.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Order Processing Time: 1 business day.

  • Delivery timelines depend on the courier service and your location within Pakistan (generally 2–5 business days).

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the nature of fragrances, returns are only accepted if the product is:

    • Damaged,

    • Defective, or

    • Incorrect upon delivery.

  • Requests for return/refund must be made within 3 days of receiving the order by contacting us at sysfragrances@gmail.com.

  • Returned products must meet the following conditions:

    • Must be in original packaging.

    • Must not be used more than 10% of the product volume.

    • Seals, caps, and boxes should not be broken beyond what is necessary for testing.

  • Refunds for bank transfers will be processed back into the customer’s account; for COD, refunds will be coordinated via bank transfer.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All logos, designs, images, and content on this website are the property of SYS Fragrances and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • SYS Fragrances is not liable for any allergic reactions, misuse, or indirect damages caused by our products.

  • Customers are responsible for reviewing product details and ensuring they are suitable before purchase.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan.

  • Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pakistan.
